This event was attended by more than 90 participants who also witnessed Netmonk’s latest release. Like Netmonk who always wants to provide its best support to you, the theme carried at yesterday’s soft launch was “Winning the Battle with Customer Experience”.

Through this theme, Netmonk wants to provide a better experience to customers when using Netmonk Basic version 3. What has the Netmonk team managed to develop from the previous version of Netmonk Basic? Some of the things we have developed in Netmonk Basic version 3 are as follows:

  1. Improved user experience
    We want to give you the best experience when using our product. Now, you don’t need to worry because Netmonk Basic version 3 has been developed with users in mind by improving its user experience.
  2. New features, namely website status & API (coming soon)
    Although still in development status, later Netmonk Basic version 3 will have new features, namely website status and API. You will later be able to monitor your company’s website in one dashboard without having to install other website monitoring tools. So, in Netmonk Basic version 3, it is guaranteed to be easier and more practical to use.
  3. Implementation of the SaaS concept (On-cloud service)
    Like technology that continues to advance, we want to continue to develop and become better at meeting your monitoring needs. We want to implement the SaaS concept (Software as a Service) or on-cloud services in the future. For that, we have implemented transactions through Digital Touch Point (DTP) which has been running for approximately 6 months. We hope this step provides a good experience for users and also a good start for us.
